Advantage

    a. Our folded paper is firm, straight with enough paper; Other folded paper is soft, folded paper is easy be curved;

    b. Our PU surface is smooth, without bubbles, Other PU surface with bubbles;

    c. Our PU connect to paper part is clean; Other PU connect to paper part with additional PU leaked.

Our PU surface is smooth, and the surface of cutting section without bubbles; Other PU surface is rough, and with many bubbles inside.

Our PU is about Shore Hardness 25 for passenger car filters; and Heavy Duty Filter  PU with Shore Hardness 34; Other PU is about Shore Hardness 19 for passenger car filters.

Our Polyurethane material is soft with enough toughness, not easy broken; Other Polyurethane material with poor toughness, broken easily.

Our folded cloth is straight and the gap between folded cloth is uniform; Other folded cloth is not uniform; 

Our PP frame with good quality Polypropylene material, the surface is smooth, dark and shine; Other PP frame is rough, not shine.

We use finalize the designed Gasket with good quality rubber, so Gasket fit the PP frame well, and seal well with Filter Housing; Other not use finalize the designed Gasket, the Gasket is loose around PP frame, and not seal tightly with the Filter housing. 

We adopt good quality non-woven cloth, the cloth is soft and surface with fluffy fibers, our filter with good air permeability and excellent dust holding capacity, so our filter with long life time. Others non-woven cloth is hard, and the surface almost without the fluffy fibers, it with poor dust holding capacity, so it with short life time.

Our with enough folded paper to guarantee filter has enough filtration area; Other with less folded paper, it reduce the filtration area.

We adopt the good quality Glue, the Gasket bonding firmly with the metal cover; Other use the poor quality Glue, the Gasket split away off the metal cover easily.

We have been producing premium quality filters specially. We started to carry out the quality management system and environment management system in production over one year ago. Inspected by official certification organization after test run, we obtained ISO9001 certificate of quality management system and ISO14001 certificate of environmental management system in July this year.
